What We Do
• Hiking and Trekking: From day hikes to multi-day treks, we explore diverse trails and breathtaking landscapes, offering something for everyone, from beginners to seasoned hikers
• Organise Day Trips: Experience the thrill of discovering remote locations, while learning essential outdoor skills and survival techniques
• Organize BBQ dinner: We host a BBQ dinner, filled with delicious food, great company, and unforgettable memories under the stars
Events
• One day trip to Pipeline track and Ayubia Moto Tunnel: In spring semester 2024, our university organized an unforgettable trip to the scenic mountains of the Nathia Gali and pipeline track. A group of three hundred plus enthusiastic students embarked on this adventure, accompanied by faculty members who ensured a blend of learning and fun. The itinerary included hiking through lush scenic trail, a visit to a historical Ayubia moto tunnel, and renowned Saint Mathews Church which is wood framed church and bordered by lush green meadows . The day was filled with moments of awe, laughter, and learning, fostering camaraderie among students and a deeper appreciation for our natural and historical heritage. This trip was not just an adventure but also a journey through time, leaving us with cherished memories and a renewed spirit. This trip not only provided a refreshing break from academic rigors but also strengthened our appreciation for nature and built lasting bonds among participants. The memories created and the lessons learned will undoubtedly be cherished for years to come.
• One day hiking to trail 5 Margalla Hills: In spring 2024, our university organized an exhilarating one-day hiking trip to Trail 5 in the Margalla Hills, offering students a refreshing escape into nature. The group set off early, energized by the crisp morning air and the promise of adventure. As we ascended the trail, the stunning landscapes unfolded before us, revealing lush greenery and sweeping views of Islamabad. Along the way, we encountered diverse wildlife and paused to appreciate the serene beauty of our surroundings. Knowledgeable guides shared fascinating insights about the local flora and fauna, enriching our understanding of the ecosystem. The summit rewarded us with a panoramic vista that made the challenging hike worthwhile. This day of exploration and camaraderie not only rejuvenated our spirits but also fostered a deeper appreciation for the natural world, leaving us eagerly anticipating our next adventure.
• One day trip to soon valley: In Fall 2023, our university organized an unforgettable one-day trip to Soon Valley, providing students with a perfect blend of adventure and cultural immersion. Departing early in the morning, we journeyed through picturesque landscapes to reach the Soon Valley, renowned for its lush greenery and tranquil lakes. Our first stop was Uchhali Lake, where we marveled at the area's natural beauty and reflected on the day's adventures. Along the way, our knowledgeable guides shared intriguing stories about the region's history and ecology, enriching our experience. The day concluded with a visit to the ancient Kabeki Lake,where students enjoyed boat rides and soaked in the breathtaking scenery. This trip not only provided a welcome break from our studies but also fostered a deeper appreciation for Pakistan's rich natural and cultural heritage.
